KODAK HOUSE FIRE
INSURANCES EXCEED £50,000 (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON. To-day. Kodak House, Wellington, which was damaged by fire early yesterday, was owned by Kodak (Australasia) Proprietary, Ltd., and insured for £20,500 with the Australian Provincial Assurance Association, with which the company also had policies tor £2,600 on the rents, £20,000 on the stock and £2.o*“ on the furnishings and fittings. The stock was also insured for £5,000 in the Royal Exchange Office. The other occupants of the buildings besides the Kodak Company are London Distributors, Ltd., ground floor; Arthur Cocks and Company, Ltd., wholesale opticians and importers, first floor; J. K. Mills, Sons and Company, manufacturers’ agents; Castro, Rushbrook and Company. Caminer Bros.. second floor; E. A. Salon, J. E. Sutcliffe, Ltd., H, T. Merritt, Ltd., merchants, third floor.
