SHIFTING SAND AT POINT CHEVALIER The Minister’ of Marine, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe, has advised the Mayor, Mr. G. Baildon, that his officers have been instructed to take, action immediately if the pontoon anchored off Point Chevalier is to blame.
