According to the Home correspondent of the United Press Association, raiding tribesmen in the Sahara were completely routed and over 200 killed in the course of a fierce battle on the extreme fringe of the area of Italian occupation. *The fight originated by Italian outposts near the Augila oasis coming into conflict with tribesmen, who were advancing with the evident intention of pillaging. The casualties among the Italian native troops were 10 killed and 20 wounded.
