N.S.W. RETAINS SAYONARA CUP
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY, Monday. Mr. P. S. Arnott’s yacht Vanessa today, for the third time in succession, beat Eunnamara, and retains the Sayonara Cup. A 15-knot E.S.E. breeze blew throughout the race, which was full of interest. Vanessa, which had a rating allowance of 13min 52sec. won by about two minutes. The course was 10 miles to windward and return. This is the first time an inter-State yacht has won the three successive heats and the cup,
