Auckland Wins Again

CORNWELL CUP RACES EQUAL WITH LYTTELTON (Special to THE SUE) LYTTELTON, To-day. After leading: practically all the way, Rogers, the young Auckland skipper, won the fourth Cornwell Cup race at Lyttelton to-day. Lyttelton was second, finishing only 35sec behind Auckland. The race was an excellent one. but Rogers was too good for the others, lie sailed a cool and resourceful race. For the first part the wind was light but it soon increased in velocity, with the result that by the time the race finished it was blowing hard, giving a good finish. The placings were: Auckland. Lyttelton. "Wellington. Manukau. Dunedin. Christchurch retired. Lyttelton and Auckland have now had two wins each. The fifth race will be sailed this afternoon.
