WEEK-END PICNICS

MQTUIHI AND PINE ISLAND POWER BOARD OUTING Motuihi Island was the spot chosen by the employees of the Auckland Electric Povfrer Board for their annual picnic on Saturday. About 1,200 people were present, most of them travelling- down on the ferry steamer Condor, and an excellent programme of sports events was held. Mr. M. J.
