RIALTO, AND REGENT, EPSOM
“THE GHOST TRAIN”
'•Til© Gliost Train" in stage production has earned a reputation that puts it among the first of its class, but owing in part to the greater scope permitted the camera eye, the screen production, which will be shown this evening at the Rialto and Regent (Epsom) Theatres, appears to have surpassed it. The story deals with a party of travellers. who, by the stupid act of one of their number in stopping the train to recover a lost hat, miss their connection train. As a result, they find themselves stranded in a little wayside station with no means of departure until the following morning. As the
station possesses the unenviable reputation of being haunted, it can be imagined the plight of the party is none too pleasant. Love versus luxury in a story of “gold-digging" wives is “Soft Living," the second picture. starring Madge Bellamy.
