COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Waiuku returned this morning from Surf dale, Ostend and Omiha. __ She was to be dispatched again at 1.45 p.m. for Motuihi Island. The Kawau returns from Kawau, Leigh and Mangawai at nine o’clock this evening. She is to be dispatched again at 4 p.m. on Monday for Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana. The Omana returns from Manly at six o’clock this evening. She sails again at 11 a.m. on Monaay for Manly, Arkle’s Bay and Silverdale. The Motu was to be dispatched from Auckland at noon to-day for Awanui and Waipapakauri. , . The Coroporation left early this afternoon for' Awanui. The Clansman is due at Auckland at half past seven to-morrow morning from Russell, Opua, Whangaroa and Mangaonui. She leaves again for the same ports at 4 p.m. on Monday. , , . The Taniwha is to be dispatched from Auckland at six o'clock to-morrow exerting for Paeroa. She is due back again early on Tuesday morning. The Claymore leaves Auckland at half past nine to-morrow evening for Whangarei. The vessel returns on Tuesday morning next. . , . ' , Messrs. Watkin and Wallis advise that the Richardson steamer Awahou is due from Gisborne to-morrow and will load at King’s Wharf. She is to be dispatched for Hick’s Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Gisborne at five o’clock on Tuesday evening. The Pukeko, which is due at Napier from Auckland to-morrow, is scheduled to reach Portland on W ednesday ana Auckland on Thursday to load again tor east coast bays, Napier and Wairoa. The Gunbar arrived at Auckland this morning from the East Coast and berthed at the Central Wharf. it is hoped to dispatch her this evening on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. The Westport Coal Company s collier Canopus is to leave Westport this afternoon for Auckland, where she is due next Tuesday morning. The liatoa, from Bluff, left Dunedin at 5 p.m. yesterday, via Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland, where she is due about Thursday next. The Waipahi was docked this morning for cleaning and painting. She undocks this afternoon and comes alongside the Queen’s Wharf. Next Tuesday she leaves here for Lyttelton direct and Dunedin. The Kaimanawa is due at Auckland at four o’clock this afternoon from Westport and berths at the Central Wharf. The Waimea left Napier at 8 p.m. yesterday for Auckland and is due here tomorrow. She will berth at the Queen’s Wharf, and at 4 p.m. next Tuesday leaves Auckland on her return trip to Gisborne and Napier. The Kaitangata leaves Auckland this afternoon for Greymouth for loading. The Waipiata arrived at Picton last evening and sails this afternoon at three o’clock for Auckland, where she is due on Monday. After discharge here, the vessel loads at Auckland for Wellington. Lyttelton. Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin and Bluff.
The Corinthic leaves Wellington on Wednesday for Auckland, where she completes her discharge of London cargo. The Cornwall, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, leaves Auckland next Friday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth.
