GRAND

THREE FINE PICTURES

Three big pictures will be screened at the Grand Theatre again this evening. The first is “The Ring,” the fine British boxing picture, starring Carl Brisson as a heavy-weight fighter in a carnival sideshow, and Lillian HallDavis as his ticket-collector and fiancee. The story traces the boxer’s rise to fame, his estrangement from his fiancee and their subsequent reunion. The second feature is an amusing comedy by the inimitable Sammy

Cohen, entitled “Plastered in Paris." Sammy and his friend are seen as two Americans who get into all sorts of adventures in Paris and even in Morocco.

The final picture is “The Big Snows," one of the best by that clever dog, Rin-tin-tin.
