MANUKAU YACHT CLUB

LAUNCH RELIABILITY RACE A reliability trial for launches fur the Kermath Cup will be held this afternoon by the Manukau Yacht and Motor-Boat Club. The distance is 28 miles. Handicaps are as follow:—Rosita, scr.; Surprise, 30m.: Dione, 36£m.; Karma, 382 m.; Mamselle, lhr 40m.; Regal, lhr 44m.; Senorita, lhr 48m.; Miharo, lhr 56m.; Elma, lhr 56m.; Katui, 2hr 2m.: Mermaid, 2hr lm.; Hinemoa, 2hr, lm.; Ramona, 2hr 44m.: Ngaroma, 2hr 56m. The limit boat will start at 2.15 p.m. Owners are requested to apply for a copy of the course and to note the time of the limit boat. A yacht handicap race will be held over No. 1 course. The boats will make a flying start at 3 o’clock.
