TROUBLE IN RUGBY There is going to be trouble in Rugby football unless the authorities at Home ? ike a broader view and recognise the aspirations of the Dominions, says an English writer. South Africa and New Zettland are important centres of the game, and they let us know it when they come to this country. They demand to play a part in the government, and they are ~iot going to be put off with another Imperial Conference. The Domiinons insist on the appointment of an Imperial Board on which they are properly represented.
