ROTORUA’S WATERS

CURE AUSTRALIAN BARRISTER “COT CASE” ABLE TO WALK (Special to THE SUN) ROTORUA, To-day. A conspicuous case in which the curative waters of Rotorua have demonstrated their value was that of Mr. M. Lavan, a prominent West Australian barrister. Mr. Lavan on arrival in New Zealand a month ago had to be carried off the ship, suffering from sciatica and acute rheumatism. He was brought to the Rotorua Sanatorium, to which institution he had been recommended by friends in Australia. He left Rotorua on Monday en route for Perth completely cured. He describes his cure as miraculous and was w r ell pleased with the treatment received while in Rotorua.
