COSTLY PERTH PROPOSAL Reed. 11 a.m. PERTH, To-day. The Minister of Works has approved a sewerage scheme for Perth, which is estimated to cost between £3,000,000 and £4,000.000. The scheme provides for outlets into the ocean.
