EARL HOWE DEAD

His death creates a vacancy in the House of Commons, as his son, Viscount Curzon, Conservative member for Battersea South, succeeds to the peerage. Furl Howe was born in IS6I, and succeeded lo the title in 1000. He was at F.ton and Oxford.
