CHINA APPOINTS MR. SZE British Official Wireless RUGBY, Thursday. Mr. Alfred Sze, former Chinese Minister in Washington, has been select its Chinese Minister in London. It expected that he will take up his aP pointment in the next few days. ! Mr. Alfred Sze, who prefers this to his Chinese name, Shih Chao-chi, born in Chekiang and educated at *- University, America. He was a r,l ‘ v ' , manager in China for some time a later on the Foreign Ministry. He * for a time Minister of Finance first Republican Cabinet. He was a pointed Minister to Britain in .Tunc, and to the United States, 1921.
