EX-INDIAN SOLDIERS LIE DOWN ON ROADS AS WAY OF PROTEST
(United Service) DELHI, Thursday. There have been curious scenes at Lahore. For several days thousands of Indian ex-servicemen have been lying down on the roads near Government House in spite of the bitterly cold weather, pending a settlement of their grievances as to promised land grants, etc.
