(f) That Medical Certificates and other necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon request. (g) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any one railway accident or disaster which result in tin* death within thirty (30) days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of £1,000; in any such event the said sum r»f one thousand pounds (£1,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability in respect ©f claims arising out of any one accident ©- disaster, other than railway accidents which results in the death within thirty days of more than one person shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000). 11l the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. It Is agreed that such dispute shall he referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties. Cl i That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber for all the purposes of the coupon.
