FIVE FRENCHMEN KILLED TRAGIC TRIAL FLIGHT (Australian and. N.Z. Prcsp Association J (United ServiceJ PARIS, Wednesday. A tragic flying accident is reported from Nice. A French naval all-metal seaplane was on a trial flight, piloted by Lieutenant Campordon. There were four officers on board as passengers. W hen the plane was four miles from the coast it suddenly dived from a height of 300 feet, and disappeared in the sea. Several boats were put oft and the body of Lieutenant Requin was recovered. The seaplane is visible and efforts are to be made to-morrow to raise it.
