LESS BUILDING AT DUNEDIN
Although conditions in the Dunedin building trade in the past 12 months have not been dull, there was a big drop in the value of works undertaken, compared with those carried out in the previous year. Shop licences issued by the city building surveyor, Mr. Gough, for 1928, covered buildings valued at £537,186, compared with £608,214 for the total work carried out in 1927. P.A.
