ELECTORAL COURT.—The electoral court to hear the Bay of Islands electoral petition against the return of Mr. H. M. Rushbrook will sit at Kaikohe. It is probable that the presiding judges will be Mr. Justice Herdman (who has just returned from England), and Mr. Justice Ostler.
