week’s compensation at £5 a week shall be payable. HOME ACCIDENTS (14) £l5O if the subscriber shall be killed as the result of an accident in his or her private dwellinghouse, flat or rooms, such address being the address registered on the subscribei'’s certificate of x-egistration, or in his or her garden attached to such dwellinghouse, flat or rooms. (15) £lO if as a result of aii accident above described the subscriber shall fracture a leg above the ankle, or an aim above the wrist, or shall sustain a broken jaw or collarbone. CHILDREN’S ACCIDENTS (16) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of an accident to his oi* her child over the age of 6 and under the age of 16 years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing such accident is the direct result of one of the aforementioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment. PROVIDED ALWAYS that the above Undertaking and Agreement is subject to the following special conditions which lire of the essence of the contract, namely, (a) The scope of the Insurance is T-e----stricted to accidents happening in New Zealand and to steamers sailing within New Zealand territorial waters. (b) In the case of death, such death must result within 30 days after the accident. (c) That notice of the death and the accident be given within forty (40) days lifter the accident by the subscriber or representative to THE SUN Newspapers, Ltd., Auckland. (d) IN THE CASE OF PERMANENT TOTAL OR PARTIAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within fourteen (14) days of the accident. (e) IN THE CASE OF TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT that notice of the accident be given by the subscriber as aforesaid within seven (7) days of the accident.
