Considerable discussion ensued ai this evening’s meeting of the 'Wellington cricket management committee on trouble caused through players notifying at the last moment that they were unable to take part in representative matches. Individual cases were considered, ami eventually Mr. I). McKenzie moved “that the selector be informed that R. C. H. Mackenzie and F. T. Badcock are not eligible for selection ii 4 the Wellington team to play against Auckland for the Plunket Shield this month/’ The motion was carried.
