NEW NOTE IN AIRPLANES.—This parasol plane, the invention of Mr. R. H. Van Wie, of San Francisco, is fitted with two nose propellers which state in opposite directions. The entire top is shaped like a par a so l and it is hoped to make the plane a practicable proposition by the use of modern equipment. The inventor has spent 10 years working out his scheme.
