OUTBURST IN HOBSON ST. LENIENCY TO CRIPPLE His wooden leg saved James Williams £4 at the Police Court this morning. Williams, a bootmaker, aged 42 pleaded guilty to using obscene language in Hobson Street last evening Sub-Inspector McCarthy could say nothing for the man except that he suffered from a disability, having a wooden leg.
