BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICES JJOROUGH OF MOUNT ALBERT. WATER RATES (Meter Supply). Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Mount Albert Borough Council, under the powers and authorities conferred by the “Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1915,” at a Meeting to be held on TUESDAY, the 22nd day of January, 1929, at 7.30 p.m., to make'and levy the following Rate or Charge:— In respect of all water supplied per Meter, a Minimum Charge of ThirtyShillings, covering the period commenced October 1, 1928, and ending September 30, 1929. For all Water consumed during the said period in excess of 20,000 gallons, a Rate or Charge of One Shilling and Sixpence per Thousand Gallons. Such rate or Charge to be due and payable, in respect of the Minimum Charge, on January 23, 1929. The charge for Excess Supply to be due and pavable October 1, 1929. H. UTTIXG.
