rpHE SUN NEWSPAPERS, LTD., will pay, subject as hereunder, to the legal representative of any person above the age of 14 years or under the age of 66 years at the time of the accident who being a subscriber to and has THE SUN home delivered, and to whom THE SUN shall have been delivered for a period of at least one week immediately prior to and on the day of the accident (if there is any issue of THE SUN on that day! and whose signed notification has been received and acknowledged by THE SUN Newspapers, Limited, Auckland: — ACCIDENTS OF TRAVEL AND LIFTS (1) if the subscriber shall be dUJLI/Uvf killed, or dies as the result of injuries received, by accident to any passenger railway train in which such person is travelling as a ticket-bearer or fare-paying passenger, providing that the total sum payable arising out of any one accident as Defined in condition (g) shall not exceed £I.OOO.
