BIG AGREEMENT SIGNED (Auatralici7i and N.Z. Press Association) (United Service) Reed. 10 a.m. OTTAWA, Wednesday. History was made on Wednesday when the Prime Alinister, Air. W. L. Mackenzie King, acting in a plenipotentiary capacity for his Majesty, and the United States Alinister, Mr. Phillips, signed an important treaty governing increased diversion of water from the Niagara Falls for waterpower, and for extensive remedial works to preserve the beauty of the falls and the cataract.
