George Lloyd, of Hastings, are visiting Cambridge. Airs. C. AV. Holman and family have gone to Nelson for a month’s holiday. Miss J. AI. Conner, of Wellington, is the guest of Airs. Norrie Bell, junr. Air. and Airs. Brightwell. of Welling- | ton. have been visitors to Cambridge. j Mrs. Redmond and her two daughters have gone on a trip to Feilding and Nelson. Airs. Wilson Gibson and family have been spending the Christmas holidays at Ivawhia. ; Air. and Airs. Stevens (Tauranga* ; have been visiting Airs. Nickle at I Alaungatautari. Airs. Douglas Hay and her family are spending the holidays at Paihia, Bay of Islands. Air. and Airs. Henshaw, late of AfanI Chester, England, who are visiting New Zealand, have been the guests of Mrs. A. Hopkirk.

BRIDGE PARTY * Mrs. A. M. Jenninfc, of "Gwj'nne- ; lands,” gavft a most enjoyable bridge I evening. The room was very prettily decorated with carnations and sweet ; peas. Mrs. Jennins received her guests wearing a yellow georgette and cream lace frock. Among those present were:—Mrs. Chamberlain (Wairoa), Mrs. McKenzie (Wairoa), Mrs. X. Banks, and Mrs. Xelson, and the Misses Thelma Banks, Xoeline Banks.
