STATE EXAMINATIONS SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES The following; are the results of the State midwifery examination, held on December 5 and*6, in so far as Auckland and Auckland’s provincial candidates are concerned:— Passed Top.—Mabel Gwendoline Nelson, Batchelor Hospital, Dunedin. Passed, with 75 per cent, and over Dorothy Ellin and Mary Davey, Whangarei Hospital; Vera D. M. Fair, Eileen Barker, Beryl Guylee, and Beatrice L. Burke, St. Helen’s Hospital, Auckland. MATERNITY NURSES Maternity nurses’ examinations held on the same dates resulted: — Passed Top.—Edith E. Vickers, Masterton Hospital.Passed wjtli 75 per cent, and over.— Nora Lauridsen, St. Helens Hospital Auckland; Esonite V. Fraser, Katva Kawa Hospital; Irene W. Grey, Kawa Katva Hospital; Eva M.
