The Australian and New Zealand Banking Corporation, Limited, with a capital of £5,000,000, and head offices in Auckland, has been registered in Sydney. A campaign has been begun to secure tfie underwriting, which has already been generous in the Dominion. A further £2.000.000 or £3.000.000 will, It is expected, be obtained overseas. In fact it is stated that negotiations to this’end are practically completed.
