(f) That Medical Certificates necessary information be furnished by the claimant upon request. (I) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber Is in a state of Intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs.
