Despite unpleasant weather conditions. the attendance at the Winton Trotting Club’s summer fixture was well up to the usual standard, and some interesting sport was witnessed. Owing to the rain, tho course was holding, and with showers falling during the afternoon became greasy a s * the racing progressed. Favourites did not fare tdo well.
