BASIC SLAG FROM ANTWERP.— The Shaw, Savill, and Albion steamer Kia «>ra was scheduled to leave Antwerp last Saturday with a full cargo of basic slag for Auckland. She is due on January THE CANADIAN BRITISHER. —Now discharging and loading at Southern ports, rhe Canadian Britisher is du» at Auckland from Napier about January S. and is to sail for New York, Boston, and Halifax the following day. NORFOLK COMPLETING.—The Federal Line steamer Norfolk, which is tilling up with New Zealand produce at Wellington, is to be despatched from that port next Friday for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow. MAUI POMARE DUE.—An expected arival at Auckland to-night or to-mor-row morning is the Government motorship Maui Pomare, with passengers, mail and cargo from Norfolk Island. The vessel will remain at Auckland over the holidays and on January S she is to be despatched for Niue Island and Apia. TREGENNA LEAVES HALIFAX.— The Canadian National Steamships have been notified by cable that the Tregenna left Halifax last Saturday with general cargo to discharge at Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on January 24, and at Wellington about a week later. MELBOURNE, PASSENGER SERVICE.—The Union Company’s inter.■< :. mial passenger steamer Manuka was due' at Bluff this morning from Melbourne. She is to sail later in the day for Dunedin.
