SIR JOSEPH’S SIGNATURE

(From Our Oxen Correspondent) HAJVIILTON. Friday. THE novelty of seeing Sir Joseph Ward’s signature over the magic words, “Prime Minister,” appealed to members of the Hamilton Borough Council at their meeting this week. The letter from Sir Joseph was handed round the table, the town clerk commenting that the signature was not written as it used to be.
