DIVE INTO HOT POOL

FATE OF UNKNOWN MAN SENSATION AT ROTORUA (Special to THE SUN) ROTORUA, Friday. A sudden dive into a boiling pool near the spout bath at Whakarewarewa was made to-day by a middle-aged man, at present unidentified,. The man was seen to take the dive by onlookers, who were powerless to help him. The police recovered the body later with grappling irons. The man was of medium height, and had grey hair and a close-cut grey beard. He was wearing a dark blue suit and grey shirt and laced boots. He had not been identified up to a late hour to-night.
