SYDNEY WOOL SALES VERY CONFIDENT TONE (United P.A.—Py Telegraph — Copyright) SYDNEY, Thursday. The last wool sale until January 14 was held to-day. The market closed with a very confident tone. Prices were equal to the best of the series. Competition was still keen. Comebacks and crossbreds were very firm. Greasy Merino sold at 341 d. The bales sold totalled 12,292.
