ONLY SIX A YEAR ALLOWED COUNCIL’S DECISiON 1 In addition to Poppy Day, only six street collections annually will be allowed in Auckland streets. This was the decision of the City Council last evening on a recommendation from the Finance Committee. The six organisations are: The St. John Ambulance Association, Plunket Society, Hospital Auxiliary, Salvation Army, S.P.C.A.. and Community Sunshine Association.
