GRAND
TIM McCOY IN “THE ADVENTURER” Those who like stirring adventure with a strong dash of romance—and who doesn’t? —will see Tim McCoy in an ideal role at the Grand Theatre this evening, when the newest starring production, “The Adventurer,” will be presented. This Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer picture is semi-historical in theme, like all McCoy’s pictures, and deals with rebellion, adventure and romance in a South Ajnerican Republic. Opposite McCoy, Dorothy Sebastian gives a realistic and appealing performance. With a long line of Spanish ancestors behind her, she is equally at ease in the Spanish costumes she wears and in the role she plays. Charles Delaney and other supporting players complete a very powerful cast.
The second attraction will be the comedy, “Sailors Don't Care,” starring Estelle Brody.
