DESTROYERS FOR CHILE
British Official Wireless Reed. 11.35 a.m. RUGBY, Wednesday. The first pair of six Chilian destroyers, tl\e Serrano and the Orella, are expected to proceed to their home waters shortly, and yesterday the Mayor of Southampton presented the two vessels with their ensigns.
