COASTAL MOVEMENTS— The Pono sails at 3 p.m. to-day for Waipu. The Waipu, leaving at 6 p.m. to-day for Kerepeehi, returns again at 8 a.m. on Saturday. The Taniwha sails at 4.30 p.m. to-day for Paeroa, and returns again at 9 p.m. to-morrow. The Claymore, leaving at 7.30 p.m. today for Whangarei, returns again at 9 a.m. on Saturday. The Motu was to be dispatched for Awanui, Waipapakauri, Houhora and Kaimaumau at noon to-day. The Ngapuhi, leaving at 6.30 p.m. today for Tauranga, returns again at 7.30 a.m. on Saturday.
The Omana leaves at 4 p.m. to-day for Kawau, Mullet Point and Matakana. She is due back at 6 a.m. to-morrow. The Waiuku, returning from Waiheke at 6 p.m.. to-day, leaves again at 6.30 p.m. to-morrow for Surfdale, Ostend and Omiha. The Rangitoto is due at 4 p.m. to-day from Thames. She leaves at 8 a.m. tomorrow on the return trip. Th Apanui is due from the Great Barrier at 6 p.m. to-day. At 4 p.m. tomorrow she sails for Mercury Bay, Tairoa and Whangamata. The Hauiti is due at 3.30 p.m. to-day from Kopu and Turua. At 7 a.m. to-mor-row she leaves for Coromandel. The Kawau returns from Big Omaha at 8.30 p.m. to-day, and sails gain at 7.30 a.m. to-morrow for Waiwera, Mahurangi and Warkworth. The v Clansman returns from Russell tomorrow at 7.30 a.m. The Gunbar is due at Auckland this afternoon from the East Coast and berths at the King’s Wharf. She leaves here at 3 o’clock to-morow afternoon on her return trip to Gisborne, Napier and East Coast bays. The Waipiata left here at 10 o’clock last evening for W'ellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Oamaru and Dunedin. The Kurow leaves Lyttelton to-mor-row for Auckland direct, where she is due on Tuesday. After discharge, the vessel loads here and sails to-morrow week for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Waipahi, from Dunedin, left Lyttelton at 10 p.m. yesterday, via Wellington and Picton, for Auckland, wlrere she is due on Tuesday next. The Kaitangata, which left Greymouth at 3 a.in. yesterday, is due at New Plymouth this afternoon, and sails to-mor-row for Auckland, where she is due on Sunday. The Katoa arrived at Bluff at 8 p.m. yesterday and sails to-morrow afternoon via Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington, for Auckland. She is expected here about December 31. The Waimea arrived at Gisborne at 4.30 a.m. to-day and sails to-night at 11 o’clock for Napier and Auckland. She is due here on Sunday. The Maimoa, in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool, leaves Auckland on Sunday morning for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Antonio leaves Wanganui to-mor-row for Westport for bunkers, thence she proceeds to Makatea to ioaa lor New South Wales. *. The Golden Cloud leave Dunedin to-day for the Pacific Coast to load again for New Zealand ports. The Lornaston undocked this morning, and sails at 1 p.m. to-day for Westport for bunkers. Her future movements have not yet been announced.
