CASH-ORDER TRADING
NEW MINISTER PROMISES INQUIRY Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. Asked as to his intentions with regard to the commission proposed to be set up to inquire into the cash-order trading system, the lion. J. G. Cobbe, Minister of Industries and Commerce, stated that he had noted from the files that the previous Government had publicly announced that it had decided to make full investigation into the matter and report as to any legislative or other action that might be considex*ed necessary. » In view of this definite commitment, Mr. Cobbe said that he felt it his duty to go on with the inquiry 7, and shortly 7 after the holidays he would make a further announcement both as to the personnel of the Commission and the order of reference.
