DIVORCE CASE SEQUEL STILL HAS CONGREGATION (United Service) Reed. 9.5 a.m. VANCOUVER, Sunday. The Rev. S. Robertson Orr was formally deposed and degraded from office as a Christian minister by a special commission of the Presbyterian Church of Canada on Saturday. The commission held that the judgment in the Fleck divorce case fully warranted this. Mr. Orr was absent when the judgment was read. Following the decision, an independent congregation formed by Mr. Orr met, and passed a unanimous vote of confidence in the minister, and fixed his stipend at £5,000 a year. At the commission, Mr. McEaehern described the case as a terrible moral tragedy. '
