STRONG GUARD FOR HOOVER BUENOS AYRES ARRESTS (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) BUENOS AYRES, Thursday. Buenos Ayres is lavishly decorated for the visit of the American Presidentelect, Mr. H. C. The police and the strong detachments from the Army and Navy are under the command of the Chief of Police, Colonel Granos. The police have arrested two men who are accused of plotting to take Mr. Hoover’s life.
