KING’S BENCH JUDGE
MR. MALCOLM MACNAGHTEN British Official Wireless. Reed. 10.55 a.m. RUGBY, Friday. The appointment of Sir Malcolm Macnagliten to be a King’s Bench judge, in place of the late Mr. Justice Salter, necessitates a by-election in the City and County of Londonderry, which since 1522 Sir Malcolm Macnaghten has represented in the House of Commons.
The Hon. Sir Malcolm Maenaghten. who was created a K.B. E. in 1920, was born in 1569, the fourth son of the late Lord Maenaghten. He was educated at Eton and Cambridge. He was made a K.C. in 1919.
