HEAVY RAIN AT GISBORNE Press Association GISBORNE. To-day. Unseasonable weather is delaying shearing on the East Coast. Heavy thunderstorms were experienced to-day and 5.51 inches of rain fell at Gisborne during the past five days, 3.38 inches being registered during the last 24 hours. The rivers are running high, but no damage is reported.
