MINISTER ASKED TO ACT (THE SUN'S Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, To-day. The large amount of silting up of the Waikato River through the diversion at Arapuni and the spoil coming down the river is causing concern to the people in the nighbourhood and was the subject of a question in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon.
