SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that, at a special meeting of the Manurewa. Town Board, held on the 3rd day of December. 1928, the following Resolution intended to operate a? a Special Order, was passea. and that the same will be submitted fo« confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the said Board to be held on MONDAY, the 7th day of JANUARY, 1929, at the Manurewa Public Hall, at 7 p.m. RESOLUTION: ■ In pursuance and exercise of the power* , vested in it by Section 34 of the Towr Boards Act. 190 S, Section 3 of the Tow* Boards Amendment Act, 1910, the Mur. cipal Corporations Act, 1920, and ii* amendments, and by any ether Act or amendment thereof it thereto enabling, the Manurewa Town Board hereby re solves by’ way of Special order at this Special Meeting duly convened for the purpose and held on the 3rd day of December, 1928, at the Manurewa Public Hall to make the following amendment to the By-laws at present in force:—Clause 71 (g) of Part 111 is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: That no loose cattle, horses, sheep, pigs or other animals shall be driven over that portion of the Great South Road in the Manurewa Town District bounded on the north by the southern intersection of Halsey Road with the Great South Road and on the south by the northern intersection of Myers Road with the Great South Road between the following times: 8.30 a.m. and 9.15 a.m. , 2.45 p.m. and 3.45 p.m. Dated at Manurewa, this 4th day !
