AORANGI LEAVES VANCOUVER.— Adduce received by the Union Company tates that the Royal Mail liner Aorangi left T ancouver for Auckland and Sydney at noon on Wednesday. She is due at Auckland on December SO and at Sydney on January 4. J RANGI-MKI FOR NEW ZEALAND.— Of the three 17,500-ton motor-ships which are being built for the New Zealand Shipp,ng Company, the first to be completed will be the Rangitiki, which is scheduled to leave Southampton for New Zealand on February 35, and to leave New Zeai a 7 nd her homeward voyage on April ‘■ ‘he other two new vessels will be dispatched from England for New Zealand in September and Catober next.
WAIPIATA ARRIVES.—With cargo from Southern ports, the Union Company’s steamer, Waipiata, arrived in the stream at Auckland this morning and berthed at Princes Wharf. On Monday afternoon she is scheduled to sail for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Oamaru and Dunedin, POOLTA AT LYTTELTON. —En route from Clarence River, Port Stephens, and Newcastle, the Union Company’s Poolta has reported that she expected to arrive at Lyttelton this morning. The vessel will later proceed to Wellington, Napier and Greymouth. to complete discharge. BLOEMFONTEIN REPORTED. —The A. and A. Line’s chartered steamer Bloemfontein, which left New York on November 28 and Newport News on November 30, cleared Panama last Tuesday in continuation of her voyage to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on January 4. REMUERA LEAVES PANAMA.—En route from London and Southampton to Wellington and Auckland with passengers, mails and cargo the New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Remuera is reported to have cleared Panama on December 11, according to cable advice received by the company’s local office. She is due at the capital on December 20. MAUI POMARE DELAYED.—Spedding, Ltd., have received advice that the Government motor-ship Maui Pomare has been delayed at Dunedin by bad weather, and is not now due at Auckland until Monday night, instead of Sunday. In consequence, her departure from Auckland for Norfolk Island has been postponed until 3 o’clock on Tuesday afternoon.
