Sensation at Polls

Gaoled Communist Elected at Antwerp HUGE MAJORITY (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) Redd. 9.40 a.m. BRUSSELS, Monday. A sensation has been caused by the election to Parliament of an imprisoned Communist, Dr. Auguste Dorms, with a 30,000 majority, at Antwerp. Dorms -was sentenced to death for treason and assisting the Germans in the war-time. King Albert commuted the sentence to life imprisonment. Steps are expected to invalidate the election.
