N.S.W. BILL TO REFORM LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
SYDNEY, Saturday. Tlie Premier of New South Wales. Mr. T. R. Bavin, says that in the present Parliament the Cabinet will give effect to the policy of reforming the Legislative Council. N The proposed Bill provides that the Council should not be abolished nor its constitution amended until the Bill for such purpose has been approved hv the electors by way of a referendum.
